Shipping
Every Saneq item is printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting — your mat or poster is made after you buy it, then shipped. So there are two stages to the wait: production, then transit.
Production
Items are produced and inspected by our print partner, typically 2–5 business days before they ship. Larger orders and peak periods can run longer.
Shipping rates
Flat rate, calculated at checkout by product and destination. United States:
- Desk mat 18″ × 16″ — $10.39
- Desk mat 36″ × 18″ — $12.49
- Posters, smaller sizes — $4.99
- Posters, larger sizes — $7.99
International rates are shown at checkout and vary by zone. Your exact shipping cost is always displayed before you pay, and additional items in the same order ship at a reduced rate.
Transit
Once produced, orders ship from the facility nearest to you. Delivery time depends on your address and the carrier. Your confirmation email carries tracking as soon as the label is created.
Customs and duties
Any import duties or taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong or damaged on arrival?
That is covered by our refund policy, not this page. Email support@saneq.net within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will replace or refund it including original shipping.
