**Returns & Refunds**

We want you to love your Saneq mousepad. Here's how returns work:

**Quality Issues (accepted):**
- Misprinted, damaged, or wrong item shipped
- 30-day window from delivery
- Email support support@saneq.net with order # + photos
- We'll replace or refund (including original shipping)

**No Returns For:**
- Buyer's remorse or wrong size (custom POD products)
- Items used/worn

**Process:**
1. Contact us within 30 days
2. Printful inspects (usually 2-5 business days)
3. Approved? Full refund to original payment or replacement ships free

Shipping back? Customer pays unless our error.
